0) copy the more recent MVP_scripts in the LATEXtools directory


1) make a new LATEXtools/ subdirectory named as the cruise (e.g. LATEXtools/PHYBIO)

with four subsubdirectories: figures and MVP/L0/ MVP/L1/ MVP/L2



2) copy the MVP directories (PL###/) in the MVP/L0 subsubdirectory


2b) addpath(genpath(gsw_toolbox))

3) in LATEXtools_cruise.m create cruise_name = 'PHYBIO'; 
and corresponding options (domain, coast, projection, zonex_array...)

4) in MVP_cruise_params.m add case 'PHYBIO' with Transect_Names = name of MVP directories (PL###/), Transect_Start = date of first raw file name (MVP_*.raw), Transect_end = date of last raw file name and fill in all user choices (qc_flag=0; color_axes)

5) run MVP_L0toL1.m
